If you are younger than 18 years old, please include the name and contact info of your parent (or another adult in the household) in addition to your own. This person must agree to be responsible for the animal's care, including veterinary costs. We will contact them for verification, and they must be present at the time of purchase.
Once we receive your reservation form, you will receive a reply by email within several days. The email will go over our upcoming availability, deposit and selection process, and any additional information based on the answers you give.
